Privacy Policy

Version dated 8 September 2026

1. Who processes your data

The controller of personal data of visitors to arcgeom.com (the “Site”) is ARC Geometry — IE SKAKOVA, Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty. Full details are listed on the Company details page (in Russian). For any question about data processing, write to info@arcgeom.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what you tell us yourself, plus a minimum of technical data:

  • In the SaaS section, if you request an idea review: the text of your idea and your answers to nine questions. The score itself is calculated in your browser; the data is sent to us and to Anthropic only when you press the review button.
  • Through the meeting booking form: your name, email address, the service area you are interested in, and the date, time and time zone you selected.
  • When you contact us through the Telegram bot @arcgeom_bot: the name and username of your Telegram account, and the content of the messages you send.
  • Technical data: the IP address of the request. It is used only for rate limiting and the “I’m not a robot” check (protection against automated submissions) and is never linked to the content of your enquiry. For daily limits the address is stored as a counter key in Cloudflare storage for no longer than 24 hours, after which it is deleted automatically.
  • Anonymised visit statistics: data from Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica — pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, approximate region. This data is collected in anonymised form and does not let us identify you as a visitor. The cookies involved and the ways to opt out are described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not collect payment data, do not ask for identity documents, do not display advertising and do not share data with advertising networks for targeting.

3. Why we process it

  • to arrange and hold the online meeting you booked;
  • to send you a booking confirmation and a calendar invitation with the meeting link;
  • to answer your question and contact you using the details you provided;
  • to protect the Site's forms from spam and automated submissions.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box in the booking form or by starting a conversation with our Telegram bot. We do not use your data for mailings unrelated to your enquiry and do not pass it on for advertising purposes.

4. Who gets access to the data

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. To run the Site we use service providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting the Site, email routing and form protection (the Turnstile service);
  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — email delivery: notifications to our team and the booking confirmation sent to you;
  • Telegram Messenger Inc. — delivery of booking notifications to the team chat and correspondence through the bot;
  • Google LLC — holding the meeting in Google Meet and adding the event to your calendar if you use that link, as well as anonymised visit statistics in Google Analytics 4;
  • Yandex LLC — anonymised Site visit statistics in Yandex Metrica;
  • Anthropic PBC — processing of the idea text and answers if you voluntarily request an extended idea review in the SaaS section. Without that request, no data from this form is sent anywhere.

The servers of these services are located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, so processing involves a cross-border transfer of data. Data may also be disclosed to authorised public bodies where applicable law expressly requires it.

5. How long we keep the data

Enquiry data is kept in team mailboxes and the team chat for as long as needed to hold the meeting and to continue the conversation about your enquiry, but no longer than three years from the last contact — or until you withdraw your consent, if that happens sooner. Technical data (the IP address used as a rate-limit counter key) is kept for no longer than 24 hours and deleted automatically. Anonymised statistics are retained in the web analytics systems for up to 24 months, in line with their settings.

6. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to info@arcgeom.com from the address or account you used when contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time and, unless there is a lawful ground for keeping the data, delete it.

7. Security and changes

The connection to the Site is protected by HTTPS, and only the staff involved in handling enquiries have access to them. The current version of this Policy is always published on this page; the version date is shown at the top.
